nzbiketrails run great long weekends with 2 or 3 days of riding involved. Stay at our favourite hotels and apartments in Wanaka and let us look after the riding for you and your friends with complementary pickups from your accommodation.

Our two ‘must-do’ rides are Lake Hawea to Wanaka (30-36km) which is a relatively easy Grade 1-2 ride - crossing the plateaus, surrounded by mountains and meandering back to your accommodation. Day 2 would then be one of NZ’s Great Rides the Lake Dunstan Trail. A fantastic 43km ride which could also include a Lake Dunstan Explorer boat return back up the lake. All shuttles are included in your package.

If you have a party of 8-10 then we can create a tailored itinerary, with a dedicated Mercedes Executive Sprinter and support for your party. From pickup to drop-off we promise nothing but smiles. These trips can include accommodation and rides across Otago including the Wanaka/Hawea Trails, Dunstan Trail, Roxburgh Trail and Clutha Gold Trail.
